Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using GAG Stocks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GAG Stocks.

Service Description

GAG Stocks is a companion application for the Roblox game "Grow A Garden" that provides:

• • Real-time stock notifications and inventory alerts
• • Weather tracking and event reminders
• • Favorites system for personalized notifications
• • Garden hub with community features and server joining capabilities
• • Live shop tracking and merchant arrival notifications

GAG Stocks is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Grow A Garden.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• • Use the app in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• • Provide accurate information when creating accounts or using authentication services
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Respect other users in community features and Discord integration
• • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• • Not use the app for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• • Not interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
• • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the app
• • Not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Authentication and Third-Party Services

GAG Stocks may integrate with third-party authentication services including but not limited to:

• • Discord OAuth for community features
• • Roblox authentication for game integration
• • Google Sign-In for account management
• • Facebook Login for social features
• • Apple Sign-In for iOS users

By using these authentication methods, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.

Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are available through the App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following:

• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• • No refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
• • Premium features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice
• • Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice to subscribers

Intellectual Property Rights

GAG Stocks and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by GAG Stocks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the app or its contents.

Disclaimers and Warranties

GAG Stocks is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• • Continuous availability of the service or game data
• • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of game data, stock information, or notifications
• • Compatibility with future Roblox or Grow A Garden updates
• • That the app will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• • That the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• • Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAG STOCKS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• • Damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app
• • Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the app
• • Damages resulting from unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GAG Stocks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the app.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GAG Stocks is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
